Part one

Being from Chicago, Dena and Matthew had many choices of local wedding venues. But they wanted something unique. They wanted a destination wedding. After an exhaustive internet search and a visit to Winston-Salem, North Carolina, they decided they wanted an amazing Graylyn Estate wedding. They, their families and friends all made the trek from Illinois and beyond to celebrate their nuptials. In fact, apart for all their fantastic vendors, there was not one native North Carolinian in attendance! They filled up all the estate’s rooms, which allowed them to have their ceremony on the front lawn, a first for Graylyn.

The first part of the day included a first look across the street at Reynolda Park, then the signing of the Ketubah inside, then a ceremony under the chuppa on the front lawn. A quick photo session of the newlyweds followed. There were so many photos to share from this big day, we had to split up the posts!
